We're looking for a versatile, proactive generalist to join the team as a Brand & Strategy Lead. This is a hands-on role that touches multiple parts of the business, from customer retention and content to website optimisation and internal systems. You'll be stepping into a broad role that requires strong ownership, attention to detail, and a willingness to get involved in varied projects. The ideal candidate is adaptable, collaborative, and comfortable working in an environment where priorities can shift quickly.
Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of customer retention initiatives.
- Monitor user feedback, identify insights, and assist with customer communication, surveys, and campaigns.
- Review content and creative assets for brand consistency.
- Work with partners to ensure output aligns with tone and strategy.
- Maintain quality across marketing and product-facing materials.
- Spearhead community building and growth initiatives.
- This is a very important element of the role, as community drives every part of the business- acquisition and retention.
- Talking to customers every day will be an important part of the role.
- Liaise with design and dev teams to implement updates.
- Support A/B testing and assist in reviewing user experience to help drive conversion improvements.
- You will work with multiple key tools and systems used across the above functions, maintain documentation and identify areas for streamlining or automation.
- Comfortable working across multiple teams and types of projects.
- Organised, proactive, and good at keeping things moving.
- Curious, open to learning and growing into a cross-functional role over time.
Requirements
- Experience in early-stage startups or cross-functional teams.
- Exposure to UX testing, research, or product feedback processes.
- Comfortable working with basic data and performance metrics.
- Strong communicator with a good eye for detail.
