Role Description:
This is a full-time, WFH role for a Creative Director Intern based in New Delhi.
The intern will play a key role in shaping and strengthening the visual identity of Diorama Designs across all touchpoints.
You will work on:
- Assist in defining and refining the brand's look and feel, visual language, and storytelling.
- Design and develop logo variations, packaging concepts, colour palettes, typography systems, and overall brand guidelines.
- Support the creation of collection themes, moodboards, campaign visuals, and seasonal creative directions.
- Oversee design execution for digital and physical assets, ensuring brand consistency across platforms.
- Collaborate with artisans to translate craft techniques into cohesive visual narratives.
- Contribute fresh ideas to branding, marketing, and product presentation.
This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on exposure to building a brand identity from the ground up while working directly with craft-led products.
Qualifications:
- Strong foundation in Creative Direction, Branding, and Visual Strategy.
- Proficiency in Graphic Design with experience in tools like Adobe Suite / Corel / Figma / Procreate.
- Ability to conceptualize and execute logo design, packaging systems, brand guidelines, and visual themes.
- Excellent aesthetic sense, attention to detail, and storytelling ability.
- Good communication, teamwork, and project management skills.
- A genuine passion for handmade textiles, Indian crafts, design, and cultural narratives is highly valued.
- Prior experience or academic focus in design, branding, visual arts, or related fields is a plus.
