Job Summary:
We are looking for a self-driven Brand Strategy Consultant who can take complete ownership of the company's marketing and communication, with a strong focus on CEO & leadership personal branding, corporate communication, and strategic presence on digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand & Marketing Strategy
- Develop and execute the overall brand and marketing strategy for Insperme Consulting.
- Define how the company is positioned across platforms and in the market.
- Ensure consistent brand voice, tone, and messaging.
CEO & Leadership Personal Branding
- Build and manage the personal brand of the CEO and senior leadership.
- Write high-quality content representing a senior professional's voice, thought leadership, and expertise.
- Strategize and execute LinkedIn and other relevant platforms for leadership branding.
Corporate Communication
- Create and manage all company communications internal & external.
- Draft content for website, social media, presentations, proposals, announcements, and campaigns.
- Ensure professional, impactful, and brand-aligned communication.
Digital & Social Media Presence
- Decide how the company should be represented on social media.
- Plan content themes, messaging, and storytelling for platforms like LinkedIn & Instagram.
- Coordinate with designers/content creators to execute creatives.
Strategic Thinking & Ownership
- Work independently with a high sense of ownership and accountability.
- Translate business goals into branding and communication strategies.
- Continuously innovate and improve brand perception.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Branding, Business, or related fields.
- 36 years of experience in branding, marketing strategy, personal branding, or consulting.
- Proven experience in personal brand strategy for founders/CEOs/senior professionals.
- Strong background in content writing & storytelling, especially for senior leadership profiles.
- Experience working with consulting firms, agencies, or premium brands is a plus.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to write in a mature, strategic, and authoritative tone for senior personalities.
- Strong understanding of branding, positioning, and narrative building.
- Knowledge of social media strategy, especially LinkedIn.
