What we're looking for:

An experienced Health Strategy Consultant who thrives in high-impact environments, is passionate about healthcare, and can engage with C-suite stakeholders with confidence and clarity. We're especially keen to bring and help diversify our leadership lens and bring in rich, qualitative perspectives critical to many healthcare domains.

Your superpowers:

• Deep understanding of the healthcare ecosystem – India & globally – across pharma, consumer health, medical devices, life sciences, and FMCG
• 1-4 years in strategy consulting, qualitative and/or quantitative research – preferably with experience in health-focused consulting firms
• Strong executive presence with the ability to drive CXO-level presentations, panels, and industry forums
• High learning agility, self-starter attitude, and a hunger for solving complex problems
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Experience in qualitative research and ability to translate insights into strategic direction
