Job Description

The Manager for Marketing will be responsible for Branding and Communications, for the development and successful implementation of a strategic plan and for ensuring that the following strands are brought together under one umbrella.

To take responsibility for the development and implementation of the marketing communication

strategy and creative for the university and to act as brand guardian. To promote and develop the

university's image and reputation amongst its key constituencies including parents and the wider

community. Communications- to oversee and maintain continuous content strategy and feedback with key internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that the university communicates in a consistent, professional, and prompt fashion. Oversight of key literature, the university's website, and its social media. Events - management of/guidance on all student recruitment and public relations events from open days to speech days, including social events and special occasions.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage Brand and Communication for the Brand across channels

• Develop Brand Strategy and Positioning

• Plan, Develop creative to build awareness and intention

• Manage and grow organic brand presence on Social Media Channels

• Generate content and social media solutions to meet the brand requirements

• Maintain a content marketing calendar that schedules all aspects of the creation and delivery of

content throughout the year across all platforms

• Stay abreast of current best practices in the industry and review competitor websites to

compare their activities with those of own company

• Write, Source and Curate articles for our website and social media platforms

• Develop marketing collaterals.

• Plan the marketing and communications strategies for specific target audiences and Content

development mailers, success stories, blogs, and intranet stories for global and sectors regional

newsletters.

• Coordinate and create video testimonials of the students as per the colleges.

Qualification

• 5 - 7 years of experience in marketing and communications

• Agency background will be preferred

• Good understanding of brand and marketing

• Passionate storyteller who can persuade, inspire, and create emotional connections with target

audiences as needed to drive behaviors

• Good understanding of the market and related business verticals of life Education, healthcare

and sports is preferred

• Strong project management skills

• Outstanding and clear intercommunication skills

• Proactive, positive innovative mindset

About Workplace- Premium University

Location - Navi Mumbai

Work week - 6days *(alternate saturdays)
