Role Overview
We're looking for a Brand Strategist who can think big, execute smart, and bring ideas to life across multiple touchpoints. This role is ideal for someone who understands consumer behavior, thrives in fast-paced environments, and has hands-on experience in on-ground activations, experiential marketing, and film promotions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Campaign Planning
- Develop 360° marketing strategies for brands, with a strong emphasis on on-ground and experiential campaigns
- Build integrated campaigns spanning digital, offline, PR, influencer, and event ecosystems
- Translate client briefs into impactful, insight-driven ideas
2. On-Ground Activations & Events
- Conceptualize and plan brand activations, mall events, college activations, and large-scale experiential campaigns
- Work closely with production and operations teams to ensure seamless execution
- Identify innovative formats to engage audiences physically and emotionally
3. Movie Marketing
- Design and execute promotional campaigns for films, including city tours, fan engagement activities, and experiential promotions
- Collaborate with studios, talent teams, and partners to create buzzworthy campaigns
- Leverage pop culture and audience insights to maximize reach and recall
4. Client & Stakeholder Management
- Present ideas and strategies confidently to clients
- Act as a bridge between creative, production, and client teams
- Ensure campaigns align with brand objectives and deliver measurable impact
5. Insights & Innovation
- Stay updated with trends in entertainment, youth culture, and experiential marketing
- Bring fresh, disruptive ideas to the table
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize future strategies
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in brand strategy, experiential marketing, or events
- Proven experience in on-ground activations and campaign planning
- Exposure to movie marketing or entertainment campaigns is a strong plus
- Strong understanding of consumer insights and cultural trends
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
