Job Summary:
We are seeking a Brand Strategist to join our integrated marketing team, where all functions operate seamlessly under one roof. In this pivotal role, you will develop and execute innovative marketing communication strategies for our clients target audiences, leveraging data-driven insights to enhance brand presence across digital and offline channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive communication propositions and go-to-market plans that effectively position the client's products.
- Conduct thorough competition and market analyses to identify business opportunities and create strategic recommendations.
- Present regular updates and strategic insights to clients, ensuring alignment and fostering collaborative relationships.
- Engage in global strategy development while interpreting and adapting these strategies for local markets.
- Spot opportunities in emerging platforms, such as OTT and social media, as well as new technologies like AR, VR, and voice solutions.
- Design and implement community engagement and CRM strategies to maximise the value of our consumer base.
- Recommend and support innovative commerce solutions, including social commerce, live commerce, and flagship e-store implementations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in any relevant field.
- A minimum of 5-7 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within an integrated marketing environment.
- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret complex consumer data, both qualitative and quantitative.
- Outstanding interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the ability to present persuasive ideas effectively.
- Proficiency in using digital advertising tools and platforms, as well as audience tracking and analytics tools.
- Curiosity and a strong interest in understanding cultural and social trends that impact consumer behaviour.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment while managing multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with advanced digital marketing tools, such as GWI and advanced listening tools.
- Familiarity with emerging digital platforms and technologies, including social media, AR/VR, and community-driven campaigns.
- Demonstrated expertise in crafting successful marketing strategies for modern luxury consumers.
- Creative mindset with a track record of developing impactful marketing campaigns tailored to diverse audiences.
- Willingness to rotate between various business lines to broaden experience and insights.
