Position Overview

We're seeking a talented, results-driven Strategist with 2+ years of experience in handling end-to-end social media campaigns and leading branding projects across industries. This role involves working across multiple brands for both; shaping brand identity and running social media communications. This role offers immense learning, leadership, and internal growth opportunities as you help shape String's next phase of growth.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy Support

  • Define brand strategy: positioning, value proposition, tone, and visual identity.
  • Create actionable briefs and guide designers to bring the brand story to life.
  • Conduct brand audits and competitor studies to find whitespace.
  • Maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistency across platforms.
  • Oversee logo, colour palette, typography, and overall visual identity development.
  • Lead brand launches or refreshes across online and offline touchpoints.
  • Track brand perception and refine strategy using audience insights.

Social Media & Campaign Management

  • Plan and execute monthly content strategies.
  • Develop content calendars aligned with brand direction.
  • Manage client communication and ensure timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with designers to effective produce platform-appropriate content.
  • Oversee short-form video content and campaign execution.

Platform & Content Optimisation

  • Stay updated on platform features, formats, and trends.
  • Identify opportunities to improve reach, engagement, and performance.
  • Optimise content based on real-time insights and platform behaviour.

Content & Copywriting

  • Craft compelling copy for posts, ads, and campaigns.
  • Adapt tone of voice across diverse brand identities.

Analytics & KPIs

  • Monitor and report monthly performance across all social channels.
  • Track KPIs and optimise campaigns for measurable growth.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience managing multiple social media accounts.
  • Proven experience handling 4–6 accounts/ projects simultaneously.
  • Effective communication and client-handling ability.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams (design, strategy, performance).
  • Detail-oriented with a structured approach to execution.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Mumbai-based (hybrid; includes half-day Saturdays).

Monthly Work Time Allocation:

Strategy - 50%

Execution - 40%

Growth & Analytics - 10%

Salary Range

INR 5,40,000 - 6,60,000 Annual CTC
