Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow social media accounts (primarily Instagram) for D2C brands.

Create high-converting content, ad copies, captions, and campaign scripts.

Develop content strategies, brand voice, and campaign ideas.

Collaborate with designers, video editors, and production teams to execute campaigns end-to-end.

Plan and optimize paid and organic campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, and Google Ads.

Ensure brand consistency across platforms and touchpoints.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience managing brands or social media for brands (agency or D2C preferred).
• Proven experience in engagement growth, campaign execution, and conversions.
• Strong copywriting skills for social media and performance ads.
• Understanding of content trends, brand positioning, and digital strategy.
• Ability to work across categories (fashion, skincare, food, lifestyle).
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
