Role - Brand Strategist
This is a ground-floor role at a venture studio backed by a global VC firm, founded by one of India's most recognisable consumer operators. We're at the intersection of AI, culture, and the next generation of Indian consumer aspiration.
This is how the role looks like
You'll work across multiple brands at different stages — from zero to sharpen
You'll work directly with founders, not just a brand team
You'll own the real work: research, positioning, brand narratives, identity briefs, brand books
You'll be one of the first key hires
What We Are Looking For
- 6 to 7 years of experience in brand strategy, brand planning, or brand consulting — agency side, in-house, or both
- Strong research instincts across qualitative, quantitative, cultural, and social listening
- Proven ability to write strategy decks that are clear, compelling, and actually get executed
- Deep understanding of Indian consumers
- Experience with D2C, Skincare, personal care or consumer brands is a strong advantage
- Prior exposure to working directly with founders or senior operators
- Understanding of how brand and performance strategy work together
