We are looking for a Brand Strategist who can define, articulate, and scale a cohesive brand across touchpoints. This role goes beyond visual design — it focuses on brand thinking, narrative building, and system creation.
You will be responsible for shaping how a brand sounds, feels, and is perceived, ensuring consistency across product, marketing, and communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Strategy Development
- Define brand positioning, mission, vision, and core values
- Identify target audience segments and craft relevant brand narratives
- Develop differentiated messaging frameworks aligned with business goals
2. Brand Voice & Messaging
- Create and document brand voice (tone, personality, language principles)
- Develop messaging hierarchies (taglines, value propositions, key messages)
- Ensure consistency across all written communication (website, ads, product, social)
3. Identity System Design
- Build comprehensive brand identity systems (visual + verbal)
- Define typography, color systems, iconography, imagery direction, and layout principles
- Create scalable design systems and brand guidelines for cross-team usage
4. Cross-Functional Alignment
- Collaborate with design, marketing, product, and leadership teams
- Ensure brand consistency across campaigns, product experiences, and sales materials
- Translate strategy into actionable creative direction
5. Brand Governance & Evolution
- Maintain and update brand guidelines as the company evolves
- Audit brand usage across channels and ensure adherence
- Continuously refine brand positioning based on market feedback and trends
