Brand Strategist

Ethereal Labs builds consumer products at the intersection of technology, entertainment, storytelling, and gaming.

We're looking for a Brand Strategist Intern/Associate to help shape our brand across social media, content, communities, and digital platforms.

What you'll do:

• Develop brand positioning, messaging, campaigns, and content strategies.
• Research audiences, competitors, cultural trends, and internet behavior.
• Identify content, narratives, and formats that resonate across platforms.
• Work with content, marketing, design, and creator teams on campaigns and launches.
• Track performance and use insights to improve brand strategy.
• Explore emerging platforms, creators, communities, and distribution opportunities.

What we're looking for:

• 0–3 years of experience in brand, marketing, content, social media, advertising, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of internet culture, consumer brands, and social platforms.
• Excellent storytelling, communication, research, and creative thinking skills.
• High ownership, curiosity, and comfort working in a fast-paced startup.

Good to have:

• Experience or interest in consumer tech, gaming, entertainment, AI, creator marketing, or community building.
• NIFT/NID Graduates are a plus.
