Brand Solutions Strategist (Finance / BFSI)
We are looking for a Brand Solutions Strategist with experience in finance/BFSI marketing who can translate complex financial offerings into strong creative and brand-led communication. This role blends brand strategy, creative direction, and client collaboration, while working closely with a team of copy, design, and video specialists to deliver impactful campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the strategic bridge between finance client stakeholders and the internal creative team
- Translate financial product offerings (banking, investments, insurance, fintech) into clear brand narratives and campaign ideas
- Lead brand and content strategy across copy, graphics, and video for digital platforms
- Ensure communication is compliant, accurate, and aligned with brand tone and regulatory guidelines
- Work closely with creative teams to shape campaign concepts, messaging frameworks, and storytelling
- Manage timelines, workflows, and quality of deliverables
- Consolidate and communicate client feedback into actionable creative direction
- Ensure consistent and timely delivery across campaigns and projects
- Step in to write financial copy or guide creative execution when required
Requirements
- 13 years of experience in an agency or digital marketing environment (finance/BFSI exposure preferred)
- Experience working on financial services brands or fintech products
- Ability to collaborate with and guide a creative team (copy, design, video)
- Strong copywriting and messaging skills with understanding of financial products
- Working knowledge of Canva or Adobe creative tools
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities
