This role is equal parts brand strategist, on-camera brand face, and social growth owner. You will be the voice, face, and personality of Mavlers across social platforms, driving awareness, engagement, and credibility through high-quality content, videos, and conversations. This role sits at the intersection of brand, content, and marketing and works closely with leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Voice & Visibility
Own Mavlers brand presence across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms
Act as the primary on-camera brand representative through social videos, founder-style content, explainers, POVs, and internal culture videos
Translate business strategy, expertise, and opinions into compelling brand narratives
Social Media Ownership
Own social media performance end-to-end, including followers, reach, engagement, video views, and community growth
Define content pillars, posting cadence, and platform-specific strategies
Continuously experiment with formats such as short videos, carousels, live sessions, podcasts, and interviews
Content & Marketing Collaboration
Work closely with the content, performance marketing, and design teams to align messaging and campaigns
Guide the content team on brand tone, storytelling angles, and distribution strategy
Ensure consistency across organic social, internal communication videos, and external brand messaging.
Community & Thought Leadership
Build and nurture a strong community of marketers, founders, and agency partners
Position Mavlers as a trusted authority through insights, opinions, and real-world learnings
Engage actively with comments, conversations, industry discussions, and creator collaborations.
Internal Brand Building
Create internal videos, culture stories, and leadership communication content
Help leadership and team members improve their social presence where required
Act as a brand guardian across internal and external touchpoints
Ideal Candidate Profile
2-5 years of experience in brand marketing, content marketing, or social media leadership
Strong on-camera presence with confidence to represent a brand publicly
Deep understanding of social media platforms and content formats
Strategic thinker who understands brand building beyond vanity metrics
Excellent storytelling, communication, and positioning skills
Experience working closely with marketing, content, and leadership teams
Agency or B2B services experience is a strong plus.
