Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Brand & Social Media Executive at Blend9 Studio. We're seeking a Brand & Social Media Executive to own end-to-end strategy for our clients brands and social channels. You'll translate business goals into creative, measurable campaigns, guide content calendars, and fuel community growth. If you live and breathe brand storytelling, know how to build buzz on social, and love collaborating with creatives and analysts alike, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

  • Brand Strategy & Positioning
  • Conduct brand audits, competitor analyses, and audience research
  • Define or refine brand pillars, voice, and visual identity guidelines
  • Craft brand-story frameworks that align with client goals
  • Social Media Strategy
  • Develop channel-specific strategies (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
  • Build quarterly content themes, campaign roadmaps, and posting schedules
  • Set KPIs (engagement, reach, lead gen, conversions) and track performance
  • Campaign Planning & Execution
  • Brief and collaborate with designers, copywriters, and videographers
  • Oversee content production (carousels, reels, videos, blogs, newsletters)
  • Coordinate influencer, partnership, and paid-social activations
  • Analytics & Optimization
  • Monitor social metrics and website analytics
  • Conduct A/B tests on creative, copy, posting times
  • Present monthly reports with insights and actionable recommendations
  • Thought Leadership & Trends
  • Stay on top of social platform updates, content formats, and best practices
  • Recommend new formats, features, and tools to keep Blend9 and clients ahead

Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience in brand strategy, social media, or digital marketing (agency experience preferred)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; strong storytelling instincts
  • Proven track record growing brands social presence and engagement
  • Solid understanding of paid-social fundamentals (budgeting, targeting, reporting)
  • Analytical mindsetcomfortable with data, dashboards, and ROI calculations
  • Collaborative attitudeworks seamlessly with designers, copywriters, and clients
  • Passion for creative experimentation and a bias for testing new ideas
