Next Step HR is hiring a Brand Sales Lead for a fast-growing Influencer Marketing Services company based in Parel, Mumbai.
We are looking for a high-performing Senior Sales Manager to drive revenue growth, build strategic client relationships, and lead enterprise-level deals in the influencer marketing space. The ideal candidate brings a strong network across brands and agencies, a consultative sales approach, and a deep understanding of digital marketing ecosystems.
Location: Parel, Mumbai
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive end-to-end sales cycles—from prospecting to closure—for influencer marketing campaigns and retainers
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across brands, agencies, and D2C companies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (CMOs, Brand Managers, Digital Heads)
- Collaborate with strategy and campaign teams to deliver tailored influencer marketing solutions
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and emerging platforms to refine sales strategies
- Lead negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract closures
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and reporting
Key Requirements
- 6–10+ years of experience in sales/business development, preferably in influencer marketing, digital media, or advertising
- Proven track record of closing high-value deals and meeting aggressive revenue targets
- Strong network within brands, agencies, or the digital marketing ecosystem
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strategic thinker with a consultative selling mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
