Role Discription:

Enrolling new optical retailers & B2B customers

Achieving monthly sales targets

Generating fresh & repeat business

Payment recovery & outstanding management

Customer retention & relationship management

Handling customer grievances

Market visits & territory development

Managing product shrinkage & damage responsibly

Following company SOPs & reporting systems

Maintaining accurate daily/weekly sales reports

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

* Strong in communication & negotiation

* Comfortable with field sales

* Good at customer relationship management

* Strong in follow-up & payment recovery

* Disciplined with reporting & processes

* Willing to travel within the assigned territory

Experience in Optical / Eyewear / B2B Sales / Distribution will be an advantage.
