Role Overview

GM Collectif is looking for a driven Brand Partnerships & Sales Lead who can bring brand collaborations to the platform.

This person will be responsible for identifying opportunities, pitching creator partnerships to brands, and closing collaborations that connect brands with the right creators.

If you enjoy pitching ideas, building relationships with brands, and turning conversations into deals, this role will give you the opportunity to build a strong brand partnership pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Outreach & Business Development

  • Identify and approach brands that can collaborate with creators
  • Build relationships with brand marketing teams, founders and decision-makers
  • Develop a consistent pipeline of brand conversations and opportunities

Pitching & Closing Partnerships

  • Pitch creator-led collaborations and campaigns to brands
  • Convert brand conversations into paid partnerships
  • Lead discussions, negotiate commercials and close deals

Relationship Building

  • Build long-term relationships with brand partners
  • Understand brand objectives and recommend relevant creator collaborations
  • Drive repeat collaborations and partnerships

Opportunity Identification

  • Identify campaign opportunities and brand needs
  • Translate these into creator-led campaign concepts

Internal Collaboration

  • Work closely with the team to match brands with the right creators
  • Share brand briefs and support the execution of partnerships
