The Partnerships & Client Relations Lead is responsible for driving brand growth through high-ticket B2B collaborations, managing the end-to-end sales funnel, and nurturing personalized relationships with therapy clients and community members. This role combines strategic research, dynamic pitching, and a deeply empathetic approach to client care. Understanding of nuance and ethics, working in mental health industry is expected.
I. B2B Partnerships & Sales- Outreach & Prospecting: Proactively build a pipeline through LinkedIn and email, focusing on building genuine relationships rather than just cold transactions.
- Bespoke Proposal Design: Conduct deep research into potential partners to ideate and draft tailored proposals that align our brand with their specific needs.
- Dynamic Pitching: Lead meetings with points of contact, acting as a dynamic thinker who can adapt the pitch on the spot based on the audience and real-time feedback.
- Funnel Management: Own the final end-to-end stages of the sales funnel, ensuring all follow-ups are handled, and big-ticket sales targets set by the founder are met.
- Strategic Networking: Attend entrepreneurial meetings and industry events to represent the brand and build a high-value clientele.
II. Client Relationships- Personalized Onboarding: Curate a warm onboarding experience for community members to ensure they feel seen and supported from day one.
- Wellness Check-ins: Conduct thoughtful check-ins with therapy clients as indicated by the founder, maintaining a bridge of care between the brand and the individual.
- Relationship Nurturing: Build long-term rapport with community members, acting as a trusted point of contact for their journey with us.
III. Brand Representation & Advocacy- Content Distribution: Distribute ready-to-go copy and creatives across platforms like Reddit and LinkedIn to maintain brand visibility.
- Community Presence: Monitor and engage in WhatsApp groups to identify and act upon opportunities for referrals or collaborations.
- Market Mapping: Stay aware of and manage listings on external platforms and directories where the brand can be effectively promoted.
IV. Collaboration & Strategy- Founder Alignment: Work closely with the Founder to provide updates on partnership progress and execute the broader B2B vision.
- Marketing Coordination: Partner with the Coordinator to align on weekly marketing requirements, ensuring all initiatives meet deadlines and utilize the correct brand materials.
- Insight Sharing: Feed B2B market insights back to the team to help refine our offerings and communication style.
Time Availability- Lead Responsiveness: High priority on responding to partnership inquiries and potential leads.
- Meeting Availability: Flexible to attend B2B pitch meetings and entrepreneurial networking events, which may vary in timing.
- Consistency: Disciplined follow-through on targets and deadlines set by the founder and coordinator.
- Internal Syncs: Attendance at fixed internal strategy meetings to align on the B2B calendar and marketing needs.
Employment Terms- Compensation: This is a performance-linked role with a starting base of 10,000 per month, with significant scope for growth based on successful sales and partnership closures.
- Probation Period: The first three months will be a probation period to ensure a fit in terms of communication style and sales approach.
- Flexibility & Schedule: Remote and part-time, but requires high availability for meetings and timely communication during business hours.
- Mandatory Prerequisite: To be shortlisted, candidates must provide proof of at least 1 year of experience in a Sales or Business Development role
