Role Overview:
We are hiring an Ad Sales Manager to drive advertising and brand partnerships across NoBrokerHood's gated community ecosystem. The role focuses on direct revenue generation and end-to-end ownership of the ad sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end ad sales: prospecting, pitching, negotiation & closure
- Onboard brands and agencies for digital & on-ground community campaigns
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets independently
- Build and manage strong relationships with brand and agency stakeholders
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasts in CRM
Key Requirements:
- 36 years of experience in Ad Sales / Media Sales / Brand Partnerships
- Strong B2B sales exposure with proven individual closures
- Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills
- Experience selling digital media, activations, or local brand advertising preferred
