Role Overview
We are looking for a Brand Partnership Manager who can drive new business opportunities,
build strong client relationships, and contribute directly to the agency's revenue growth. The ideal
candidate understands digital marketing services and can confidently pitch, close, and manage client
accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
● Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities for digital marketing services
● Pitch agency services, including Social Media Marketing, SEO, Performance Marketing,
Influencer Marketing, and Design
● Conduct client meetings, understand brand requirements, and propose customized solutions
● Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial discussions
● Close deals and ensure smooth handover to the execution team
● Build and maintain long-term client relationships
● Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
● Track leads, follow-ups, and sales pipeline using CRM or internal trackers
● Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market opportunities
Required Skills & Qualifications:
● 3–6 years of experience in Business Development / Sales within an advertising or digital
marketing agency
● Strong understanding of digital marketing services and pricing models
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
● Proven ability to close deals and meet revenue targets
● Experience with B2B client acquisition
● Self-driven, result-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced agency environment
