Job Description

We are seeking accomplished and experienced sales professionals with a strong track record in strategic positioning and leveraging influencer networks to deliver high-performing, client-centric campaigns. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with proven experience in scaling sales functions, driving business development, and accelerating revenue growth.This is a full-time, on-site position based in West Delhi.

Responsibilities:

  • Define, plan, and execute lead generation programs to deliver high-quality leads and achieve targeted conversion outcomes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and brands to understand their needs and identify opportunities for sales growth.
  • Conduct initial, ongoing, and follow-up meetings with prospective clients and brands through both online and offline channels.
  • Engage with key decision-makers to pitch influencer marketing services.
  • Generate and manage leads using multiple platforms; identify relevant industry events to drive brand referrals and client engagement.
  • Track, analyze, and report on qualified opportunities, active campaigns, outreach efforts, and early-stage pipeline nurturing.
  • Provide ongoing feedback to cross-functional teams to enhance business processes, operational efficiency, and client relationships.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, including accurate forecasting and detailed pipeline management to exceed revenue, customer acquisition, pricing, yield, and satisfaction targets.
  • Create compelling sales pitches, negotiate effectively, and demonstrate strong closing capabilities while identifying and capitalizing on high-potential opportunities.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the customer journey, identify experience gaps, and propose innovative solutions to increase market share and drive growth.
  • Own the complete sales cycle, including pre-sales presentations, client engagement, negotiations, contract finalization, and service coordination.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to develop impactful client presentations, incorporating competitive insights, market landscapes, and strategic ideas.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the marketplace through continuous competitor analysis and identification of new revenue opportunities.

Desired Qualifications and Key Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Development, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of proven success in business development or sales, preferably within an Influencer Marketing Agency or the media industry, with strong digital sales expertise.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with a customer-focused mindset and the ability to respond swiftly to client needs.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving revenue targets and building strong, lasting client relationships.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (including PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a competitive, fast-paced environment and adapt to a rapidly evolving influencer marketing landscape.
  • Strong multitasking, time and project management skills, with solid business and financial acumen.
