Roles & Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Client Relationship Ownership- Act as the single point of contact and strategic advisor for key client accounts of Galvor
- Own the complete campaign lifecycle - onboarding, campaign planning, execution, reporting, and renewals
- Build senior-level relationships with brand stakeholders and ensure long-term partnership continuity
2. Strategic Advisory (Social Media & Influencer Marketing)- Advise clients on overall influencer marketing and social media strategy aligned to business and brand objectives
- Recommend creator mix, platforms, content formats, campaign structures, and budget allocation for maximum impact
- Provide proactive guidance on trends, platform changes, content best practices, and competitive activity
- Partner with client marketing teams as a long-term growth consultant, not just an execution partner
3. Revenue Growth & Client Retention- Own revenue targets for assigned accounts and drive consistent account growth through upsells, cross-sells, and long-term campaign planning
- Identify new monetization opportunities within existing client portfolios
- Ensure high client retention through performance delivery and strategic account management
4. Creator Discovery & Vetting- Lead creator discovery using internal tools, platforms, and manual research
- Personally vet creators on relevance, audience quality, past brand collaborations, performance metrics, and brand safety
- Build and manage a high-quality creator pipeline aligned to client categories and objectives
- Guide and supervise junior team members on discovery quality and creator selection standards
5. Creator Outreach, Negotiation & Onboarding- Lead direct outreach to creators and talent managers
- Negotiate commercials, deliverables, timelines, and usage rights in line with campaign budgets and ROI goals
- Finalize onboarding, contracts, compliance documentation, and payment processes
- Ensure creator alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
6. Campaign Execution & Creator Coordination- Own day-to-day coordination with creators from brief sharing to content publishing
- Track deliverables, timelines, approvals, and publishing schedules
- Resolve execution issues, delays, and last-minute changes with minimal client impact
- Ensure smooth go-live of campaigns across platforms
7. Creator Relationship Management & Community Building- Build and nurture long-term relationships with creators beyond individual campaign engagements
- Drive creator loyalty through consistent communication, early access to briefs, and performance-based re-engagement
- Identify emerging creators early and cultivate relationships before they are overpriced or over-collaborated
- Act as the primary point of trust between creators and Galvor across multiple brand partnerships
8. Client Reporting, Performance Tracking & Budget Ownership- Provide regular campaign status updates to clients across all active accounts
- Own end-to-end campaign performance reporting - from raw data to insight to recommendation
- Manage per-campaign and per-account budget allocation, pacing, and ROI tracking with full accountability
- Track and report on campaign metrics including CPM, CPV, CPL, ER, ROAS, and CAC - and connect them to client business outcomes
- Translate performance data into forward-looking recommendations that drive retention and upsell conversations
- Maintain high transparency and responsiveness at all times
9. Team & Process Leadership- Lead, coach, and evaluate a small team of Associates and Interns - setting clear goals, providing structured feedback, and building individual capability alongside delivery quality
- Build scalable processes for discovery, onboarding, execution, and reporting
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Finance teams to drive business outcomes
- Plan and execute timely hiring and transition of replacement resources to ensure zero delivery disruption
10. Product Feedback & Process Automation- Act as the voice of operations and clients in product and tool development discussions
- Provide continuous, structured feedback to product and tech teams based on on-ground execution challenges
- Identify workflow gaps, manual bottlenecks, and inefficiencies across discovery, outreach, execution, and reporting
- Propose automation opportunities to reduce manual effort, turnaround time, and human errors
- Partner with product teams to design, test, and implement features that improve team productivity and campaign scalability
- Drive adoption of internal tools and processes across account and campaign teams
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in brand marketing or agency roles, with 3–4 years focused on social media or influencer marketing.
- Strong understanding of influencer campaigns across Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn, including creator selection, content formats, budgeting, and performance.
- Comfortable working with marketing metrics like CPM, CPV, CPL, ROAS, ER, and CAC. Able to analyse campaign data and turn it into actionable recommendations. Familiarity with UTM tracking, boosting, and whitelisting is a plus.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders at D2C or consumer brands and managing relationships with confidence and trust.
- Able to manage multiple campaigns at once, keep creators on track, and solve issues quickly. Comfortable using tools like Linear, Notion, and Google Sheets.
- Good understanding of the Indian D2C and consumer brand ecosystem, including how brands plan and measure campaigns.
- Experience mentoring or managing junior team members and building processes from scratch.
- Strong ownership mindset. Able to work independently, identify problems early, and take initiative to solve them.
