Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Brand Partnership Executive role based in Delhi, India, with flexibility for partial work from home. The Brand Partnership Executive will identify, prospect, and nurture relationships with brand partners, understanding their marketing goals and positioning Astatine.ai's influencer solutions to meet those goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market and competitor research, preparing pitches, crafting proposals, and managing end-to-end partnership cycles from initial outreach to campaign execution and performance review. The role involves collaborating closely with internal marketing, product, and data teams to design tailored influencer strategies, optimize campaigns using platform insights, and ensure partner satisfaction. The Brand Partnership Executive will also maintain a robust pipeline in the CRM, prepare periodic performance reports, and represent Astatine.ai at relevant industry events and meetings.
Qualifications
  • Strong foundation in brand-focused disciplines, including Brand Strategy and Brand Management.
  • Hands-on experience with Brand Marketing, preferably within digital or influencer-driven environments.
  • Proficiency in Market Research, with the ability to translate insights into partnership opportunities and campaign recommendations.
  • Excellent Communication skills, including clear written communication, persuasive presentations, and confident relationship-building with external stakeholders.
  • 2–5 years of experience in brand partnerships, business development, account management, or related roles in marketing or advertising.
  • Comfort working with data and performance metrics, including the ability to interpret campaign dashboards and share actionable insights with partners.
  • Collaborative working style, with the ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms, digital advertising ecosystems, or AI-driven marketing tools is an advantage.
