About The Opportunity
We are hiring a Brand Partnership Associate (Influencer Marketing) to manage end-to-end influencer campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. This on-site role suits candidates who excel at building strong creator relationships, negotiating deals, and executing multi-platform activations with measurable business outcomes.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end influencer and creator campaigns: briefing, talent sourcing, negotiation, execution, and performance reporting.
- Identify, vet, and onboard creators across Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok to meet campaign KPIs and brand fit.
- Negotiate commercial terms, draft clear deliverables, and manage contracts and payment workflows with creators and agencies.
- Coordinate creative direction, shoot logistics, and on-ground activations with internal teams and production partners.
- Track campaign performance, consolidate analytics, and deliver actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
- Maintain and grow a creator pipeline and CRMnurture long-term relationships to scale future partnerships.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or talent management.
- Proven experience managing campaigns on Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok with measurable results.
- Strong negotiation and contract management capability for creator deals and sponsorships.
- Proficiency with social analytics tools (Instagram Insights, YouTube Analytics, TikTok Analytics) and KPI reporting.
- Advanced Google Sheets / Excel skills and familiarity with creator CRM or campaign management tools.
- Comfortable working on-site in India and available for occasional travel for shoots and activations.
Preferred
- Experience with affiliate/tracking platforms (Impact, HasOffers or similar) or performance marketing integration.
- Background in agency-side account management or production coordination for digital campaigns.
- Certification or formal training in digital marketing or influencer marketing methodologies.
