About the Role:
We are seeking a highly disciplined and execution-focused
Multi-Outlet Operations Manager to lead operations across multiple outlets, with a strong focus on
bar operations and QSR formats.
This role is critical in driving consistency, speed, and customer experience across all locations while ensuring strong control over operations, teams, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end operations across multiple outlets (Bar + QSR formats)
- Ensure strict adherence to brand SOPs, service standards, hygiene, and food quality
- Drive fast-paced QSR efficiency while maintaining premium bar service standards
- Manage and support franchise partners with 365-day operational assistance
- Conduct regular audits, outlet reviews, and performance tracking
- Monitor bar controls including inventory, wastage, pour cost, and compliance
- Optimize costing, staffing, and daily operations to improve profitability
- Lead team training and development across FOH and BOH
- Support new outlet openings, including setup, SOP implementation, and staff onboarding
- Ensure strong MIS reporting, tracking KPIs across all outlets
