Position Overview:
The Brand Operations Manager Experiential & On-Ground Execution will lead the physical execution of the Keus brand across India. This role is responsible for transforming brand and design intent into impactful real-world environments, including experience centres, offices, events, launches, and brand activations. It is a hands-on, execution-focused position requiring strong ownership and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will bring a refined creative perspective along with proven experience in managing vendors and delivering large-scale on-ground
executions seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand & Environmental Execution
Execute on-ground branding across offices, experience centres, and events pan-India
Oversee signage, environmental graphics, installations, displays, LED screens, and AV setups
Ensure brand consistency in materials, finishes, scale, and detailing across locations
2. Events & Brand Activations
Own on-ground execution for product launches, brand events, internal celebrations, and activations
Manage vendors for event dcor, on-ground printing, temporary branding, and installations
Supervise installations, live execution, and teardown with full accountability.
3. Vendor & Network Management
Build and manage a pan-India vendor ecosystem for premium and luxury brand execution
Coordinate fabrication, printing, dcor, AV, and environmental branding partners
Negotiate costs, manage timelines, and ensure quality benchmarks are met
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Marketing, Design, Operations, HR, Facilities, and Leadership teams
Act as the single point of ownership from brief to execution to closure
Ensure execution aligns with creative intent and brand guidelines

Qualifications
58 years of experience in brand operations, experiential marketing, or physical brand execution
Proven ability to manage pan-India rollouts across multiple cities
Strong vendor ecosystem for premium fabrication, printing, dcor, and installations
Expertise in executing brand environments, experience centres, and events
Sound understanding of luxury brand aesthetics, materials, finishes, and detailing
Ability to translate creative and design intent into high-quality physical execution
Strong vendor negotiation and cost management skills
Comfort working in live, high-pressure environments with tight timelines
Effective cross-functional coordination with creative, marketing, and operations teams
High ownership mindset with focus on execution quality and consistency
