Brand Onboarding & Lead Development Specialist

Company: Scale 100X.AI by Expertrons

Work Mode: Work from Office (Mumbai) for the initial months, followed by a Work From Home option.

Salary: ₹6,00,000 – ₹9,00,000 per annum + ESOPs

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic professional with 1–3 years of experience in B2B Business Development, preferably someone comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders, founders, and business leaders.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, nurturing, and developing relationships with potential clients who can benefit from our accelerator program. You will leverage outreach strategies, AI-powered tools, and personalized communication to engage prospects and facilitate introductions with our senior leadership team.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify and connect with potential brand founders and senior decision-makers.
  • Use AI tools and personalized communication strategies to nurture and warm up leads.
  • Present the value proposition of Scale100X.AI and generate interest in our offerings.
  • Coordinate and schedule follow-up discussions with the senior leadership team.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the engagement process.
  • Support lead qualification, onboarding coordination, and sales pipeline management.

Eligibility & Qualifications

Education

  • Candidates must be graduates from an IIT or IIM program.

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B Sales or Business Development.

Client Interaction

  • Prior experience interacting directly with founders, CXOs, or senior stakeholders is preferred.
