About the Role - Brand marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute brand marketing strategies aligned with business goals and market positioning.
- Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, offline, PR, and event platforms.
- Ensure consistency in brand identity, messaging, tone, and visual communication across all customer touchpoints.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as content, design, product, and sales to create engaging marketing initiatives.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights studies to identify trends and opportunities.
- Support product launches, promotional campaigns, and brand activation activities.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and generate reports with recommendations for improvement.
- Coordinate with agencies, influencers, media partners, and vendors for campaign execution.
- Manage social media engagement and contribute to content planning and storytelling efforts.
- Stay updated on emerging marketing trends, tools, and consumer behavior to keep the brand competitive and relevant.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in brand marketing, digital marketing, campaign management, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of branding, marketing communication, and customer engagement strategies.
- Experience handling multi-channel campaigns and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
- Basic understanding and practical experience with AI-powered marketing tools, content generation platforms, and marketing automation technologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and social media management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in industries such as Media, Advertising, Tech or Consumer Brands.
- Understanding of influencer marketing and performance marketing strategies.
- Exposure to event marketing, PR activities, or brand partnerships is an added advantage.
- MBA or marketing certifications will be a plus.
