About the Role - Brand marketing Manager

We are looking for a passionate and creative Brand Marketing Manager to lead initiatives that strengthen our brand presence, drive audience engagement, and support business growth. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, storytelling, campaign execution, and market understanding to build meaningful connections with customers across multiple channels.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of modern marketing trends, consumer behavior, and brand communication. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including design, content, digital marketing, sales, and external partners to deliver impactful campaigns that enhance brand visibility and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute brand marketing strategies aligned with business goals and market positioning.
  • Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, offline, PR, and event platforms.
  • Ensure consistency in brand identity, messaging, tone, and visual communication across all customer touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as content, design, product, and sales to create engaging marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights studies to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Support product launches, promotional campaigns, and brand activation activities.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and generate reports with recommendations for improvement.
  • Coordinate with agencies, influencers, media partners, and vendors for campaign execution.
  • Manage social media engagement and contribute to content planning and storytelling efforts.
  • Stay updated on emerging marketing trends, tools, and consumer behavior to keep the brand competitive and relevant.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in brand marketing, digital marketing, campaign management, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of branding, marketing communication, and customer engagement strategies.
  • Experience handling multi-channel campaigns and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
  • Basic understanding and practical experience with AI-powered marketing tools, content generation platforms, and marketing automation technologies. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and social media management.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in industries such as Media, Advertising, Tech or Consumer Brands.
  • Understanding of influencer marketing and performance marketing strategies.
  • Exposure to event marketing, PR activities, or brand partnerships is an added advantage.
  • MBA or marketing certifications will be a plus.
