What you'll Do:
- Lead bold campaigns with creative minds who understand regional flavor
- Drive awareness, consideration, SOV, SOE & acquisition across southern states
- Influence business levers like engagement, retention, and revenue
- Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Digital, and Media teams
- Dive deep into regional segmentation, and measure campaign effectiveness
- Pitch big ideas, pilot regional experiments, learn and iterate quickly
What you'll Need:
- 3 9 years of brand marketing experience (consumer tech or youth brands preferred)
- Experience managing full-funnel campaigns (TV, OTT, Digital, Radio, OOH)
- Strong agency partnership skills both creative and media
- Comfort working across languages and regional content styles (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam)
- Analytical approach with creative instincts
- Passion for storytelling, cultural insights, and market-specific messaging
