What you'll Do:

  • Lead bold campaigns with creative minds who understand regional flavor
  • Drive awareness, consideration, SOV, SOE & acquisition across southern states
  • Influence business levers like engagement, retention, and revenue
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Digital, and Media teams
  • Dive deep into regional segmentation, and measure campaign effectiveness
  • Pitch big ideas, pilot regional experiments, learn and iterate quickly

What you'll Need:

  • 3 9 years of brand marketing experience (consumer tech or youth brands preferred)
  • Experience managing full-funnel campaigns (TV, OTT, Digital, Radio, OOH)
  • Strong agency partnership skills both creative and media
  • Comfort working across languages and regional content styles (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam)
  • Analytical approach with creative instincts
  • Passion for storytelling, cultural insights, and market-specific messaging
