Position: Brand & Marketing Manager 

Location: Mumbai (On-Site)   

Experience: 5-10 Years

THE ROLE 

As we expand our digital presence, we are looking for someone who can translate this legacy into a culturally relevant digital identity. This is an end-to-end ownership of NIRU's marketing presence from concept to delivery, leading strategy across digital, content, and campaigns while remaining deeply hands-on in execution. This role requires strong clear instinct for luxury brand positioning and communication.  

This is a role for someone who finds equal joy in shaping a brand vision and in the craft of bringing it to life. You will work closely with our global cross-functional leaders to ensure every touchpoint reflects our standard of excellence. 

You will also take the lead in defining the digital identity for our upcoming private jewellery collection, building its voice, visual language, and narrative from the ground up. 

WHAT YOU'LL OWN 

Brand strategy and positioning 

  • Develop and evolve NIRU's brand identity across all channels.
  • Bridge cultural trends, competitive insights, and business priorities to shape compelling marketing direction. 

You will create the strategy and build the campaigns yourself: mood boards, briefs, and final output. 

Integrated marketing planning 

  • Own monthly and quarterly marketing plans. Coordinate across digital, content, and partnerships where relevant. 

Curate the plan and see it through to execution. 

Content and social: end to end 

  • Create and publish content yourself: concepts, copy, visuals, scheduling, and community management. Write refined, brand-aligned copy across formats. Direct photo and video shoots when required. 

Be hands-on with tools (Adobe Suite, Canva, Meta, and more) 

Performance and optimisation 

  • Track performance across platforms, extract insights, and adjust execution accordingly. Present structured, data-driven reports to leadership. 
  • Pull the data, interpret it, and derive action points.  

Asset and content systems 

  • Build and maintain scalable content libraries, reusable templates, and production workflows to support speed and consistency.   

Enable faster, consistent content creation through structured assets and workflows.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR 

  • 5–10 years in brand, marketing, or content roles, ideally across luxury, jewelry, fashion, or premium consumer brands.  
  • Strong understanding of brand voice and tonality and high level of adaptability  
  • A track record of building and executing strategy yourself, not just managing others or overseeing agencies.  
  • Strong copywriting, sharp visual instinct, and hands-on familiarity with analytics tools (Meta, Instagram Insights, Google Analytics).  
  • A portfolio that reflects both your thinking and your craft. 
  • Photography or videography skills are a strong plus.  
  • Experience managing content and asset libraries preferred.
