About the Role
Microair Avionics is seeking a senior, hands-on Brand Marketing Lead to own marketing strategy and execution. The role involves developing marketing plans, creating content, managing social media, maintaining brand voice, supporting product launches, and driving customer engagement. The ideal candidate should be capable of taking an idea from concept to publication independently.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Strategy & Messaging
- Develop messaging frameworks and audience personas.
- Define and maintain a consistent brand voice.
- Translate technical product information into customer-focused messaging.
2. Social Media & Content Creation
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Create videos, reels, educational content, and LinkedIn content.
- Develop creative campaigns and community engagement initiatives.
- Convert technical features into compelling customer benefits.
- Analyze and optimize content performance.
3. Content Writing
- Write product descriptions, promotional content, and marketing materials.
- Assist with manuals and technical documentation.
- Edit and proofread all content for clarity and consistency.
4. Analytics & Reporting
- Track engagement, reach, growth, conversions, website traffic, and email metrics.
- Provide performance reports and recommendations.
- Use data to improve marketing strategy.
5. Competitor & Industry Monitoring
- Monitor competitors and industry trends.
- Share actionable insights with internal teams.
6. Event & Tradeshow Marketing
- Manage pre-event, during-event, and post-event marketing activities.
- Coordinate booth materials and event advertising.
- Support customer appointment scheduling.
- Create memorable event experiences.
7. Digital Marketing & Customer Engagement
- Manage website content (WordPress/WooCommerce).
- Run email campaigns through Mailchimp or similar platforms.
- Engage with aviation communities and customers.
- Maintain CRM data and brand assets.
- Create marketing materials using Canva.

Essential Skills

- Strong editing and proofreading abilities.
- Microsoft Office proficiency.
