About The Role

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and execution-focused Brand Marketing Executive to drive brand growth through strategic marketing initiatives, innovative campaigns, and strong stakeholder management. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution to deliver impactful marketing programs and enhance customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Positioning

  • Support the development and execution of brand strategies.
  • Ensure consistent brand communication across digital, print, and offline channels.

Marketing Campaigns

  • Plan and execute innovative marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Manage integrated campaigns across digital, PR, influencer, and experiential channels.

Creative Development

  • Coordinate with vendors and agencies for production, printing, and marketing collateral.
  • Ensure quality, timely delivery, and cost-effectiveness of marketing materials.

Digital Marketing & Social Media

  • Manage social media activities and support performance marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging content.

Events, Activations & Partnerships

  • Plan and execute events, activations, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Build partnerships with influencers, communities, and complementary brands.
  • Monitor event effectiveness and measure ROI.

Budgeting & Reporting

  • Track marketing budgets, expenses, and variances.
  • Prepare campaign performance and ROI reports.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management

  • Identify, negotiate, and manage external vendors and partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.

Market Research & Insights

  • Monitor consumer trends, competitor activities, and campaign performance.
  • Provide actionable insights to improve marketing effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 2–8 years of experience in brand marketing or related roles.
  • Strong experience in campaign planning, vendor management, and budget control.
  • Hands-on knowledge of digital marketing, analytics, and campaign execution.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic planning with operational execution.
