About The Role
We are looking for a creative, proactive, and execution-focused Brand Marketing Executive to drive brand growth through strategic marketing initiatives, innovative campaigns, and strong stakeholder management. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution to deliver impactful marketing programs and enhance customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Support the development and execution of brand strategies.
- Ensure consistent brand communication across digital, print, and offline channels.
Marketing Campaigns
- Plan and execute innovative marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Manage integrated campaigns across digital, PR, influencer, and experiential channels.
Creative Development
- Coordinate with vendors and agencies for production, printing, and marketing collateral.
- Ensure quality, timely delivery, and cost-effectiveness of marketing materials.
Digital Marketing & Social Media
- Manage social media activities and support performance marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging content.
Events, Activations & Partnerships
- Plan and execute events, activations, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Build partnerships with influencers, communities, and complementary brands.
- Monitor event effectiveness and measure ROI.
Budgeting & Reporting
- Track marketing budgets, expenses, and variances.
- Prepare campaign performance and ROI reports.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management
- Identify, negotiate, and manage external vendors and partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
Market Research & Insights
- Monitor consumer trends, competitor activities, and campaign performance.
- Provide actionable insights to improve marketing effectiveness.
Requirements
- 2–8 years of experience in brand marketing or related roles.
- Strong experience in campaign planning, vendor management, and budget control.
- Hands-on knowledge of digital marketing, analytics, and campaign execution.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to balance strategic planning with operational execution.
