Key Responsibilities:
Experiential Marketing & Product Launches:
- Conceptualize and execute EV product launches, test ride programs, auto shows, consumer festivals, campus activations, community rides, and lifestyle events.
- Translate EV technology, performance, sustainability, and design into immersive brand experiences.
- Own the complete event lifecycle including ideation, budgeting, agency briefing, production, logistics, on-ground execution, and post-event evaluation.
- Ensure all on-ground executions reflect VIDA's brand values of innovation, clean mobility, and premium accessibility.
Regional Strategy & Hyperlocal Execution:
- Drive regional marketing strategies aligned with the national brand narrative.
- Adapt campaigns and activations to local market needs and cultural nuances.
- Execute offline initiatives including OOH, print, dealer branding, retail experiences, POSM, and hyperlocal activations.
- Collaborate closely with regional sales, dealer, and service teams to ensure strong market presence.
- Track effectiveness of regional initiatives and optimize based on performance insights.
Integrated Campaigns & PR Synergy:
- Support execution of integrated campaigns across mainline (print, TVC, radio), digital (social, media buying, performance), PR, influencer, and content.
- Work with creative, digital, media, PR, influencer, and production agencies from briefing to rollout.
- Ensure consistency of brand voice, messaging, and visual identity across all assets.
- Enable PR outcomes through product launches, events, media interactions, leadership visibility, and EV thought leadership narratives.
- Integrate on-ground activations with digital amplification and content creation.
Stakeholder & Agency Management:
- Coordinate with internal teams including product, sales, regional teams, leadership, legal, finance, procurement, and operations.
- Manage agency partners across creative, experiential, digital, media, PR, influencer, and production.
- Lead agency briefings, reviews, scope finalization.
- Own approval workflows and ensure compliance with brand, legal, and internal guidelines.
- Identify execution risks and proactively resolve issues.
- Represent marketing on-ground during events as a decision-maker.
