Job Description

The Role

We are looking for a Marketing & Brand Co ordinator to strengthen our marketing foundation and build a modern, cohesive brand presence in Ahmedabad's real estate market. This role is ideal for someone who is digitally savvy, strategically minded, and ready to take ownership of projects, while working closely with leadership to execute a clear brand and growth vision.

You will help streamline our marketing processes, improve lead-generation systems, develop content and digital assets, and support the redevelopment of our website.

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Communication

  • Support development of brand positioning and messaging
  • Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints
  • Update and manage brand guidelines, visual systems, and tone
  • Assist with communication for launches, events, and campaigns

Digital Marketing

  • Plan and execute digital campaigns (social, performance, SEO/SEM)
  • Manage content calendars and oversee creation of digital assets
  • Coordinate website redevelopment, structure, and UX
  • Track digital metrics and optimize campaigns for lead quality and ROI

Lead Generation & Marketing Operations

  • Strengthen lead-generation systems across channels
  • Improve CRM workflows, tracking, and reporting
  • Work with sales teams for consistent follow-up and messaging
  • Manage marketing budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships

Creative & Content

  • Coordinate photoshoots and visual content production
  • Oversee brochures, hoardings, site branding, and digital creatives
  • Manage design and content partners to ensure high-quality output
  • Lead testimonial and customer communication initiatives

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Work closely with leadership on strategic priorities
  • Collaborate with sales and operations for integrated marketing
  • Support events, exhibitions, and customer engagement programs

Requirements

Experience & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required (strong academic background preferred)

MBA/Marketing/Communications degree is an advantage

46 years of marketing experience, ideally in real estate or related industries

Strong digital marketing experience (SEO/SEM, social, analytics)

Experience managing agencies and creative partners

Clear communication skills and good design sensibility

Understanding of Ahmedabad/Gujarat real estate
