About the Role
We are looking for a creative and driven Brand Marketing & Content Associate who can help strengthen our brand presence through compelling content, effective communication, and engaging marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a passion for storytelling, social media, and brand building in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging content for social media, blogs, email campaigns, websites, and marketing initiatives
- Write compelling ad copies, campaign communication, captions, and brand messaging
- Support and execute social media strategies to improve brand visibility and engagement
- Coordinate marketing campaigns across digital platforms
- Stay updated with industry trends, audience behavior, and emerging content formats
- Collaborate with design, content, growth, and marketing teams for campaign execution
- Support influencer collaborations, branding initiatives, and community engagement activities
- Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve content effectiveness
Required Skills
- Strong content writing and copywriting skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing
- Creative thinking and storytelling ability
- Basic knowledge of branding, SEO, and audience engagement
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to work in a startup environment
Preferred Background
- Experience in Brand Marketing, Content Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing, SEO, or Campaign Communication
- Prior experience in EdTech companies or startup environments is an added advantage
