Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Brand Marketing (B2B) professional located in Pune, Bengaluru, Mumbai, Navi Mumbai and gurgaon. The role involves the development and implementation of brand strategies, overseeing branding initiatives, and ensuring consistent communication across various channels. The candidate will work closely with sales and marketing teams to strengthen brand positioning and drive growth through targeted campaigns. They will also ensure that all branding materials align with the company's objectives and resonate with the target audience.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Brand Strategy and Brand Management to drive and maintain a strong and recognizable brand identity via field visits.
  • Should be Proficient in English and Hindi Mandatory, Knowing regional language is a plus.
  • Should have a own two wheeler with valid driver's license.
  • Proficiency in Branding to effectively create impactful messaging and ensure consistent brand representation.
  • Experience working with Sales teams to align brand initiatives with revenue generation and customer acquisition objectives.
  • Demonstrates creative problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns and brand activations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Freshers can apply.
