Job Description

This is a founder-led marketing role, so you'll start by understanding, consume the market landscape, form sharp opinions and then turn them into content that actually lands on LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build campaigns and posts that perform: Work with different stakeholders across the org - founders, engineering, product, sales - to create high-performing LinkedIn campaigns and standalone posts across formats (video, text, carousel, etc).
  • Analyze, learn, optimize: Continuously break down what's working and what isn't across our posts. Study what the best creators on LinkedIn are doing, pull out the patterns, and bring those learnings back into our own content.
  • Run the content pipeline: Build and calendarize a steady flow of posts so we're never scrambling - and so momentum compounds over time.
  • Build AI workflows: Find the parts of the job that should be automated and automate them. The goal is to free up more time for thinking, taste, and the 10% that actually needs a human.
  • Grow into strategy: As you build context about our audience and market over the first few weeks, you'll start contributing to bigger campaign bets and eventually owning parts of how we show up in the DevGTM space.

About Company: Reo.Dev is a technology start-up building a modern sales and marketing solution for the developer tools industry. We are based out of Bangalore and San Francisco and serve a global audience. Our founders are IIT graduates and have successfully built start-ups in the past as well.
