About the Role
We are looking for a Brand & Marketing Associate to help strengthen the D Globalist brand while amplifying the stories, achievements, and global journeys of our founder community.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys storytelling, content creation, founder engagement, social media management, and building relationships with entrepreneurs and ecosystem stakeholders.
You will work closely with the Brand & Marketing team to execute campaigns, manage founder communications, create content, and support the promotion of initiatives such as DGEMS, Select 200, eXtrefy, and other global programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage content across LinkedIn, Instagram, newsletters, and other digital channels.
- Identify and develop founder success stories, company spotlights, and ecosystem features.
- Coordinate with founders, marketing teams, and ecosystem partners for brand collaborations.
- Draft social media content, articles, founder interviews, event communications, and campaign materials.
- Support the execution of marketing campaigns for DGEMS, Select 200, eXtrefy, and international initiatives.
- Assist in managing media partnerships, brand assets, and content calendars.
- Monitor social media performance and prepare periodic reports and insights.
- Support event marketing, speaker promotions, and ecosystem engagement activities.
- Maintain accurate records of founder communications, brand partnerships, and campaign deliverables.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, Media, or related disciplines.
- 0–2 years of experience in Brand Marketing, Content Marketing, Communications, Social Media, PR, or related fields.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn and professional social media platforms.
- Ability to write compelling content for founders, investors, and business audiences.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Familiarity with Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools is a plus.
