Super Donuts is looking for a creative and execution-driven Content Creator & Social Media Executive to manage and elevate our digital presence.
We are seeking someone who can independently conceptualize, shoot, edit, and execute engaging content for a food and beverage brand. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about branding, storytelling, and digital engagement. You will be responsible for managing our entire social media presence and executing innovative marketing campaigns to promote our products, events, and brand identity.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Creation & Execution
- Develop and execute campaigns around product launches, promotional events, and seasonal offerings.
- Conceptualize and produce creative reels, video content, and other promotional material.
- Collaborate with the design team for graphic and visual content.
Strategy & Planning
- Understand the brand, mission, and products to align all marketing efforts.
- Make data-driven recommendations for improving content performance and engagement.
- Plan monthly content calendars in coordination with upcoming promotions and events.
Performance & Reporting
- Measure, analyze, and report performance of all campaigns and content.
- Track audience engagement, reach, and ROI using analytics tools.
- Present insights and progress reports regularly to the Director.
Creative Direction
- Bring fresh, original, and on-brand ideas to life.
- Translate concepts into engaging digital experiences that reflect the brand personality.
- Ensure consistency in tone, aesthetic, and messaging across all platforms.
Social Media Management
- Manage and grow all social media handles across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others.
- Create and post engaging content including stories, posts, reels, and videos to enhance brand visibility.
- Respond to messages, comments, and engage with followers in a timely and professional manner.
Market & Consumer Research
- Conduct ongoing research on consumer behavior, industry trends, and competitors using on ground primary information.
- Understand the local market and target audience to create relevant content.
Internal Collaboration
- Coordinate with Graphic Designers, printers, and vendors for marketing collaterals.
- Work closely with outlet staff to align marketing activities with on-ground operations.
- Participate in meetings, brainstorm sessions, and promotional activities as required.
Outreach & Promotions
- Organize and lead college activations and other offline promotional activities.
- Support planning and execution of events, sales promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
Salary LPA: (2.4LPA - 3.6LPA)
