Role Overview

  • We are looking for a Brand Marketing Analyst who understands how startups operate fast-paced, ownership-driven, and execution-focused.
  • This role requires someone who can take initiative, work closely with founders, and build brand presence from the ground up in a dynamic fintech environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of brand positioning and marketing initiatives
  • Build and execute brand strategy aligned with business growth
  • Create and manage content across LinkedIn, website, and marketing channels
  • Drive founder-led branding and thought leadership
  • Translate complex fintech concepts into clear, compelling messaging
  • Collaborate directly with leadership on campaigns, narratives, and outreach
  • Track performance of campaigns and optimize for reach and engagement
  • Ensure consistency in brand voice across all touchpoints

What We're Looking For

  • 23 years of experience in Brand Marketing / Content / Growth roles
  • Strong understanding of startup culture speed, ambiguity, and ownership
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative without constant direction
  • Exposure to fintech, startups, or high-growth environments is a strong plus
  • Structured and detail-oriented in execution
