We are looking for a Brand Marketing Analyst who understands how startups operate fast-paced, ownership-driven, and execution-focused.
This role requires someone who can take initiative, work closely with founders, and build brand presence from the ground up in a dynamic fintech environment.
Key Responsibilities
Take full ownership of brand positioning and marketing initiatives
Build and execute brand strategy aligned with business growth
Create and manage content across LinkedIn, website, and marketing channels
Drive founder-led branding and thought leadership
Translate complex fintech concepts into clear, compelling messaging
Collaborate directly with leadership on campaigns, narratives, and outreach
Track performance of campaigns and optimize for reach and engagement
Ensure consistency in brand voice across all touchpoints
What We're Looking For
23 years of experience in Brand Marketing / Content / Growth roles
Strong understanding of startup culture speed, ambiguity, and ownership
Excellent communication and storytelling skills
Ability to work independently and take initiative without constant direction
Exposure to fintech, startups, or high-growth environments is a strong plus
Structured and detail-oriented in execution
