Job Description

Designation – Brand & Market Research Analyst

Location – 1st Floor, Tower-A, UNITECH CYBER PARK, Durga Colony, Sector 39, Gurugram, Haryana 122003

Days of working – 5 (Sat& Sun fixed off).

Responsibilities:

● Conduct qualitative & quantitative research to assess brand health, brand/comms positioning, and social media performance.

● Design and execute surveys, focus groups, and interviews to understand consumer preferences.

● Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and consumer sentiment to provide actionable insights.

Brand Tracking & Measurement:

● Monitor brand awareness, sentiment, and perception.

● Identify opportunities to enhance brand positioning and differentiation.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

● Understand statistical metrics to analyze research data and create clear, actionable reports.

● Develop consumer segmentation models and buyer personas to inform strategy.

Collaboration & Strategic Support:

● Work closely with cross functional teams to integrate insights into strategy, and create white papers + industry reports.

● Support research initiatives for product launches, brand campaigns, digital salience.

Market & Competitive Intelligence:

● Track competitor activity, industry trends, and market shifts to identify risks and opportunities.

● Synthesize secondary research to guide brand decisions.

● Decode primary research studies/surveys to guide brand decisions.

Strategic Recommendations:

● Present research findings to senior leadership, offering data-driven insights and recommendations.

Requirements:

● Bachelor&aposs degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

● 1-2 years of experience in market or brand research, preferably in a marketing or agency role.

● Grasp of qualitative and quantitative research methods, NPS, and consumer surveys.

● Ability to distill complex data into clear, impactful insights.

● Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.

● Understanding of consumer psychology and trends.
