Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Brand Manager at Vasundhra Raj Luxury, based in Dehradun, Uttarakhand. The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies to increase brand awareness and market position. Daily responsibilities include managing marketing campaigns, managing inventory day-to-day, overseeing branding initiatives, analysing market trends, collaborating with cross-functional teams in retail outlets, within the Head Office, and ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints. They will play a key role in driving growth, enhancing customer engagement, and maintaining the brand's premium positioning.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Brand Management, Marketing Campaigns, and Strategic Planning
• Proficiency in Inventory Management, Excel, Microsoft suite, Canva
• Proficiency in Market Analysis, Competitor Research, and Data Interpretation
• Strong skills in Communication, Leadership, and Collaboration
• Experience with Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, and Content Creation
• Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and coordinate with cross-functional teams
• A background in luxury goods, fashion, or high-end markets is highly beneficial
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
