  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (Digital + Offline)
  • Manage performance marketing, lead generation, and awareness campaigns
  • Oversee launches, events, activations, and site experiences
  • Coordinate with sales teams to support lead conversions
  • Lead development of creative's, brochures, videos, websites, and social media content
  • Work with agencies/design teams for campaign execution
  • Ensure premium storytelling aligned with luxury real estate branding
  • Approve marketing collaterals and communication assets
  • Oversee Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn campaigns
  • Track CPL, ROAS, and conversion metrics
  • Optimize media spends and improve performance
  • Manage website, SEO, and online reputation
  • Coordinate with creative, media, PR, and production agencies
  • Negotiate budgets and timelines
  • Ensure quality and timely delivery
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research
  • Monitor customer insights and campaign performance
  • Provide data-driven recommendations
  • Track brand KPIs and ROI
  • Plan project launches, channel partner meets, exhibitions, and on-site events
  • Curate premium customer experiences
  • Manage event branding and execution

Skill Set

  • Experience as Brand Manager for Real Estate or any Big Client
  • Launch campaign management experience
  • Event and experiential marketing exposure
  • Strong design sensibility
  • Ability to collaborate with developers and other teams of the business.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage feedback loops efficiently.
  • Creative thinker, with the ability to approach challenges with an open mind and out-of-the-box thinking.
