Role will include:
- Brand Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with company goals and market dynamics
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities, track competitor activities, and understand consumer trends
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring they effectively communicate the brand message and drive engagement
- Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of brand strategies and campaigns, making data-driven adjustments as needed
- Brand Positioning: Define and refine the brand positioning, ensuring consistency across all marketing and communication materials
- Product Launches: Lead the development and execution of product launch strategies, including promotional activities, events, and PR efforts
- Budget Management: Manage the brand marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and tracking ROI
- Social Media Management: Work closely with the creative team to develop and manage social media strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement across platforms
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and creative, to ensure cohesive brand messaging and execution
- Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with external agencies and vendors, ensuring high-quality deliverables and cost-effective solutions
Desired Skills and Functional Experience:
- 5-7 years of work experience in Brand management & Media planning
- Experience of working with an online commerce or a D2C brand, past experience in FMCG preferred
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS tools like PowerPoint and Excel
- Experience in working on briefs and collaborating with creative, media and advertising agencies
