Role Overview
The Brand Manager will be responsible for building and strengthening the brand presence of The Sleep Company across digital, retail, and offline channels. The role focuses on driving brand awareness, consumer engagement, and market share through strategic campaigns, product storytelling, and data-driven marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Develop and execute brand strategies aligned with business growth objectives.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all consumer touchpoints (digital, retail, marketplace, and offline marketing).
- Strengthen brand positioning in the premium sleep solutions category.
Marketing Campaigns
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, retail, and performance channels.
- Work closely with creative, performance marketing, and content teams to deliver high-impact campaigns.
- Manage seasonal campaigns, product launches, and brand collaborations.
Product & Category Marketing
- Lead product storytelling and communication for mattresses, pillows, recliners, and sleep accessories.
- Develop go-to-market strategies for new product launches.
- Educate consumers about sleep technology and product benefits through marketing initiatives.
Consumer Insights & Market Analysis
- Conduct market research to understand consumer preferences and emerging trends in the sleep and wellness category.
- Track competitor strategies and identify opportunities to strengthen brand differentiation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with product, growth, retail, and marketplace teams to align brand messaging with business objectives.
- Coordinate with agencies, influencers, and media partners.
Performance & Analytics
- Monitor campaign performance, brand metrics, and marketing ROI.
- Use insights and analytics to optimize marketing strategies and improve customer engagement.
Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 37 years of experience in brand management, consumer marketing, or D2C marketing.
- Experience in D2C, ecommerce, retail, lifestyle, furniture, or consumer brands is preferred.
