Role Overview :The Brand Manager – Tekne will drive brand strategy, product marketing, and market execution for the brand.
This role requires someone with strong experience working on the brand side, particularly in retail or consumer product environments, with deep exposure to product marketing, go-to-market planning, and brand building.
You will work closely with product, retail, marketing, and design teams to build Tekne into a distinctive lifestyle tech brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and drive the Tekne brand strategy and positioning in line with business goals.
- Lead product marketing for Tekne, translating product features into compelling consumer propositions and communication.
- Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches.
- Build and manage Tekne's annual and monthly brand calendar, ensuring consistent brand visibility across channels.
- Build and grow Tekne's social media presence, defining content pillars and overseeing execution across platforms.
- Lead content and creative production, including high-quality product photography, videos, and campaign assets.
- Work closely with design, content, digital, and agency partners to execute campaigns and brand communication.
- Coordinate closely with product and design teams on packaging development, ensuring packaging aligns with brand guidelines and product positioning.
- Ensure strong brand presence across retail stores, e-commerce platforms, and digital channels.
- Develop launch kits, product communication, and marketing assets for internal and external teams.
- Track campaign and product performance, using insights to refine communication and marketing strategy.
- Collaborate with product, retail, and leadership teams to align brand initiatives with business priorities.
Who We're Looking For :
- 10+ years of experience in Brand Management or Product Marketing
- Strong product-first mindset with the ability to translate product features into compelling consumer value propositions
- Experience working on the brand side in D2C, retail, or consumer product companies
- Prior experience in the retail industry is preferred
- Exposure to tech, electronics, accessories, or lifestyle product categories is a plus
- Strong understanding of go-to-market strategy, positioning, and pricing
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment
