Job Description

Brand Manager

This role is for an experienced Brand Manager who will be responsible for managing premium global consumer electronics brands in India. The person acts as the main point of contact between the brand's headquarters and the company's India teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own brand strategy, pricing, annual plans, and profit & loss (P&L).
  • Manage relationships with distributors, retail partners, e-commerce platforms, and internal teams.
  • Plan and execute product launches, marketing campaigns, retail activations, and merchandising.
  • Oversee e-commerce performance, marketplace strategy, and promotional activities.
  • Conduct mystery shopping and monitor customer experience across stores.
  • Coordinate inventory, forecasting, logistics, and after-sales support.
  • Track sales performance, revenue forecasts, inventory, and campaign ROI through regular reporting.

Required Experience:

  • 10–15 years of experience in Brand Management, Consumer Electronics, Premium Lifestyle, Sports Tech, FMCG, or Retail industries.
  • Strong skills in P&L management, forecasting, pricing, product launches, stakeholder management, Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva.

Location: New Delhi (office-based with frequent travel).

Reporting To: Head of Business / Director.
