Role Description

We are looking for an experienced and creative Brand marketing manager with strong expertise in brand building. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building brand identity, planning and executing end-to-end social media strategies, managing digital campaigns, and driving brand visibility across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Management

  • Develop and execute brand strategies to strengthen brand positioning in the HPC category.
  • Work closely with the product, design, and sales teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
  • Plan and implement brand campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
  • Monitor brand health metrics and recommend improvements.

Social Media Management

  • Develop, plan, and manage the social media content calendar for all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Handle day-to-day posting, engagement, and community management.
  • Create and oversee content production (creative briefs, reels, videos, static posts, influencer-led content).
  • Analyze performance metrics and optimize strategies to improve engagement and reach.

Campaign & Performance Marketing Support

  • Collaborate with digital marketing teams/agencies for ad campaigns and performance-based activities.
  • Track and evaluate campaign results, ensuring ROI and goal achievement.

Influencer & Community Engagement

  • Identify relevant influencers for HPC category promotions.
  • Manage influencer collaborations, negotiations, and campaign monitoring.

Market & Consumer Insights

  • Stay updated with digital trends, consumer behavior, competitor activities, and HPC industry insights.
  • Conduct regular market research to understand brand perception and identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience managing social media and brand activities, HPC category brands will be an added advantage (Home Care, Personal Care, Beauty, Hygiene, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of digital platforms, audience engagement, and brand building.
  • Experience working with creative teams and digital agencies.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, social listening tools, etc.) is an advantage.
