Brand Manager (Remote India)

As part of the Madre Group, we operate through two key service divisions:

Madre Integrated Engineering (MIE) Technical Human Resource outsourcing and workforce solutions

Madre Janus (MJ) Cybersecurity and technology services

As part of our structured global expansion and digital growth strategy, we are strengthening our corporate brand positioning and global visibility. We are seeking a strategic and performance-driven Brand Manager to lead this initiative remotely from India.

Position Overview

The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a structured global branding strategy to enhance Madre's visibility, credibility, and authority in international markets.

This role focuses on market positioning, measurable growth, brand consistency, and strategic communication across all corporate platforms.

The role will support branding initiatives for the entire Madre Group (MIE & Madre Janus).

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Strategy & Market Positioning

Develop a 612 month branding roadmap aligned with Madre Group's growth objectives.

Define clear market positioning strategies for both MIE and Madre Janus services.

Ensure branding strategies align with the company's long-term vision and core values.

Develop initiatives that help Madre stand out competitively within global markets.

2. Global Branding & Digital Presence

Strengthen Madre's global brand presence across digital platforms.

Enhance positioning on LinkedIn and other corporate channels.

Highlight Madre Group's global activities, partnerships, and initiatives.

Build thought leadership visibility in manpower outsourcing, engineering, and cybersecurity sectors.

4. Content Strategy & Leadership Branding

Develop structured content strategies and editorial calendars aligned with business priorities.

Guide internal teams in creating high-quality, strategic brand content.

Support leadership branding initiatives to strengthen executive visibility.

Mentor digital content creators and emerging leaders to produce content aligned with Madre's global vision.

5. Brand Credibility & Trust Building

Develop strategies that enhance credibility and trust among clients, partners, and employees.

Strengthen the company's reputation as a reliable global manpower and technology solutions provider.

Position Madre as a trusted industry partner through strategic storytelling and brand communication.

6. Performance Tracking & ROI Measurement

Define brand performance KPIs, including: Engagement growth, Reach and impressions, Brand authority, Lead generation impact, Digital ROI

Develop metrics and frameworks to calculate ROI from branding initiatives.

Monitor analytics and deliver monthly brand performance reports.

Recommend optimization strategies based on data-driven insights.

7. Innovation & Strategic Growth

Continuously explore new branding strategies and market opportunities.

Stay updated with global B2B branding trends and digital marketing best practices.

Propose initiatives that improve corporate visibility, credibility, and brand differentiation.

Candidate Profile

Proven experience as a Brand Manager, Digital Brand Strategist, or Corporate Branding Lead

Strong background in B2B branding and digital brand growth

Experience working with global or international brands preferred

Demonstrated ability to scale digital presence strategically

Strong analytical mindset with KPI tracking and ROI measurement capabilities

Excellent communication, planning, and leadership skills
